RingClear Alert is based on the award winning RingClear Enterprise platform and is designed for users seeking to notify a large number of people in a short amount of time that requires NO in-depth technical knowledge. With RingClear Alert you can send upwards of 4,000 calls per minute with our easy to use application. In addition to a large calling capacity, your live caller recipients can interact with your messages (surveys, transfer call, tone and voice response). Reporting captures caller response and progress in real-time. Because RingClear Alert is a web based application, it requires no hardware or software, you pay as you go and costs pennies per delivered message.

How RingClear Alert Works:

   1. Create an account with RingClear

   2. Login into your account via the web

   3. Upload your list (Excel, Text or .CSV format), assign the file a group name

   4. Dial into our system, enter your login ID and password

   5. Once logged on, select the type of live caller interactivity (live call transfer, survey, tone response, alert) you’d like in your message

   6. The system will prompt you to record the live caller message prompts and answering machine message

   7. Once you’ve completed your recording, the system will playback the recording and you’ll have the option to erase, rerecord or save the message.

   8. If you are satisfied with the message, the system will save it into your account

   9. Once you save the message, you have the option to send it to a group via the phone by speaking the name of the group you’d like the message sent to or by logging into your account via the web and scheduling the call to be sent to a specific group at a later date and time.

  10. Calling campaign progress can be monitored and managed in real-time, various types of reports can be generated for each campaign.
