Contact Management
Managing contacts is
easy with RingClear. You can import your contact file in either a text file
format like CSV (comma separated value) or Excel file (.xls only). As you
import new files, you can choose to add the file to an existing Group, or
create a new one. RingClear’s Contacts Analysis feature lets you verify the
contents of your file and fields to ensure that your campaign will perform.
Click “Finish,” and you’re done.
Within the RingClear system, you have the option of recording a variety of
contact information — phone number, email or text mechanisms, ID numbers and
addresses. In fact, you have access to over 20 fields for data, each with specific
formats defined to eliminate errors.
You’ll have the flexibility to send messaging to the recipient’s preferred
communications channel. And, RingClear adds a field for unique ClientID,
eliminating duplicate and unwanted calls.
