Campaign Management

RingClear’s easy-to-use campaign management tool allows you to control all aspects of your messaging. You select a campaign name, reporting tags, start/stop times (including local-time zone adjustment) and outbound caller ID. Other options include: hanging up on answering machines, setting the number and frequency of re-trys, and engaging call suppression filters for Wireless, “Do Not Contact” and duplicate numbers. 

Once you’ve set-up the criteria for the campaign you’ll receive a Confirm Campaign summary. Upon review, click “Finish” and you’re all set. Your campaign will begin at your selected start time.

With your campaign in place, you have a complete view of its status during all stages. You can check the progress of your campaign in real-time to see if your campaign is running, pending or completed. Pause, Resume, Adjust or Stop the campaign. And, your completed campaigns are archived for viewing and reporting later.
